ISO9001 - Quality Management

ISO 9001 Certification is an internationally recognized standard for the quality management of organizations.

Conpac Group voluntarily decided to pursue this opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to our customers through a proactive continual improvement environment.

Since our initial certification in May of 2012, our customers have experienced:

INCREASED CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Illustrated through the year over year improvement on our Customer Satisfaction Survey.

HIGH STANDARDS IN PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We hold our vendor partners to very high standards guaranteeing our customers are getting the best possible service with quality products to fit their needs.

PRO-ACTIVE APPROACH:

We continually evaluate our processes and vendor partner performance to eliminate potential problems.

CONSISTENCY:

Because there is documentation for each procedure, each process is handled in the same way.  This eliminated the possibility for variation and allows for increased efficiency.

CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT:

We encourage all employees to submit suggestions on a monthly basis offering at least one suggestion to make us a better partner to our customers and vendors.

The ISO 9000 family focuses on quality management and includes some of the most recognized standards.  These standards provide guidance and the tools for companies who want to consistently meet customer’ s requirements with continual improvement.

There are many standards in the ISO 9000 family, but only ISO 9001 offers certification.  Although this certification is completely voluntary it is currently active in over one million companies across 170 countries.

This standard is based on several quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.  In short, this standard ensures that customers are getting consistent, good quality products and services.

Conpac Group, Inc. received its original certification May 4, 2012 and passed our audit with zero non-conformities, which only 2% of organizations accomplish.

Each year we have continued to complete every external audit with zero non-conformities Our most recent audit, February 2018, completed our transition to ISO 9001:2015
